MTAPD-07-003 Overview

Strip is used to protect the photodiodes from damage. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in 6-LCC packages. The maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 200V. It is recommended to set the reverse-bias mode for the photodiodes to not exceed 200V on a continuous basis. The current in a photodiode is 50μA even when there is no light input.
