MP6960GS-Z Overview

Tape & Reel (TR) is the package in which it is packaged. In order to save space, it is included in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. The mounting is done in accordance with Surface Mount. In order for the system to function properly, the temperature must be kept at -40°C~125°C. Its exceptional performance makes it an excellent choice for Secondary-Side Controller, Synchronous Rectifier. Due to the low 8V~24V supply voltage, the system is capable of high efficiency. This device has an analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER. In total, it has 8 terminations. It reaches its peak at 260. A supply current of 3mA is used to power this DC DC switching regulator. The device is mounted in accordance with the method of Surface Mount. This device is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 12V in order to meet the functional requirements. It also exhibits the characteristic of ALSO REQ VD 4.5 TO 36V. There is a minimum voltage of 8V at the device's input. As a maximum, the switching frequency of the device is 400kHz.
