Capsuled in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 7.6V~20V. Worked in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher before. There is a switch at 500kHz that can be used with this controller. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Frequency Control is included in the dcdc regulator.
