MCP1322T-31GE/OT Overview


A total of 5 terminals are used to mount this power management. It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). To assist you, this IC power includes 1 functions. A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. To assist you, this PMIC includes SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be NOT SPECIFIED. There is a voltage supply of 3V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~125°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain, Push-Pull. It is always advisable to use MCP1322, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer.
