MCP1316T-29NE/OT Overview


Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. As a reference, this IC power includes SC-74A, SOT-753 functions for your convenience. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. The pins of the power management system count 5. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 1V for this IC power. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 5.5V volts. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. The supervisor's supply current is specified to 10μA. It is always advisable to use MCP1316, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. A maximum supply temperature of 10μA can be used.
