MCP120T-270I/TT Overview


This power management consists of 3 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Reel (TR). Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. In this PMIC, you can find TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions for your reference. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be 260. The supervisor is always powered by a 5V volt supply. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. This power ic can be sub-categorized as Power Management Circuits. It has a total of 3 pins that are attached to IC management. Pin count of the power management is 3. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 1V. It is recommended that the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this IC power be no more than 5.5V volts. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. It is recommended to set the supervisor's temperature to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Open Drain or Open Collector.
