With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be 260. There is a voltage supply of 4V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Power management conducts at a voltage of 1. By Through Hole, IC management has been mounted.
