There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 4V. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. The mount is provided by Surface Mount.
