This power management consists of 8 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Power management is packaged in a Tube way. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. It is a IC power that shares many benefits with other products from the Simple Reset/Power-On Reset line. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260.
