This power management consists of 5 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. Power management consists of 2 channels, each of which can be used independently. IC management is packaged as a SC-74A, SOT-753 package. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 3.15V. In a 2 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system. The total number of pins on this power management is 5. Power managment ic pin count is 5. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 800mV volts. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~125°C TA. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole.
