Power management is mounted through 4 terminals. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. The purpose of this IC management is to provide you with a reference of 1 functions. As with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. Manage ics operate at 5V supply voltages. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. Power Management Circuits is a subcategory of this PMIC chip. Power management has a total of 4 pins. 4 pins are present on the power management system. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 1.2V for this power management. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. The recommended mounting type for IC management is Surface Mount.
