MAX651ESA+ Overview


It comes in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. The pmic is packaged in Tube solid enclosure. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. dc controls with 4V~16.5V voltage are supplied and operated. Suitable for a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. It can switch at Up to 300kHz. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. The dcdc regulator features Enable for efficient switching control. Switch converters are connected to ICs with SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog outputs. There are a terminal (s) on the switching converters that are designed at DUAL. An array of 8 terminations of dc switching.
