In order to save board space, RF transceiver IC uses the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. For RF transceiver's mounting, it uses the Surface Mount method.Transceiver RF emerges as a TxRx Only, which is efficient and reliable.Using advanced packaging techniques Tape & Reel (TR), high reliability is ensured.As a result, RF transceiver operates on the basis of frequency 2.4GHz.
