Tube is an acceptable method of shipping the power management.To facilitate transportation, it is packaged the power management in 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) .For easy adaptability, Through Hole provides a universal mounting method.The power management is designed for use with applications at Transformer Driver .To ensure proper functioning, the operating temperature of the power management ic should be set to 0°C~70°C .It works with 3.3V 5V voltage.Check out search MAX253 for more power ic's pin-to-pin solutions.It has 8 terminals.The power managment ic is programmed with 8 pins.When powered by 5V voltage, the power manager is capable of performing a wide range of demanding tasks.There are 8 pins for the ics supply to use.In the Other Interface ICs series, it is included.It is recommended that the supply current of the power ic be conducted at 450μA volts.It is sufficient to run the power management chip with 5V power supplies.It has an output voltage of 5V volts.
