Ready for shipping the power management in Tape & Reel (TR) package.In order to facilitate transportation, it is packaged the power management in 12-XFBGA, WLPBGA .For easy adaptation, Surface Mount is a universal mounting method.It is intended to be used at Mobile Communications as well as for other applications.To ensure proper functioning, the operating temperature of the power management ic should be set to -40°C~85°C TA .2.5V~5.5V voltage is used for the operation of this power management.See more power ic's pin-to-pin solutions with search MAX20323 .On the power management, you can find 12 terminals.As a POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT analog IC, the instruments designs has received much praise.When powered by 4.3V voltage, the power manager is capable of performing a wide range of demanding tasks.It is recommended that the supply current of the power ic be conducted at 35μA~170μA volts.At least 2.5V will be required to start the ic supplies.It is necessary for 2 channels to work together in order for the output quality to be maintained.There is no need to supply the power supply ic with voltages higher than 5.5V .
