It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. In this voltage regulator, there are 5 terminations. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 package. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 2.25MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.5V as an input voltage. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 0.6V.
