It is mounted through 8 terminals on the power management. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. In this IC power you will find 3 functions for you to refer to. On this supervisor, there is a series of 2 channels that can be found. In this PMIC, you can find 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad functions for your reference. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. A supply voltage of 5V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. When 3 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Power management has a total of 8 pins. Power managment ic pin count is 8. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 500mV volts. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 6V volts in this IC management. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: 0°C~70°C TA.
