It uses the Cut Tape (CT) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. This harley voltage regulator has 6 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~85°C TA temperature while operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 100kHz~550kHz. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 0.8V. The output current of 250mA makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility. 250 is essentially indestructible due to DC DC switching regulator's peak reflow temperature. An input voltage of 4.2V is required to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation. As part of the LTC1779 series of regulators, the voltage regulators can be found.
