LTC1473CGN#TRPBF Overview

This item comes in a 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case. The Tape & Reel (TR) case is ideal for packing the part. There is a Surface Mount-axis mounted on the part. We give it a voltage of 4.75V~30V. A minimum operating temperature of 0°C~70°C must not be reached by this component. It fits perfectly with the component connected to Handheld/Mobile Devices. Source Selector Switch represents the device category. Among all the types of FETs, there is a type which is known as N-Channel, which can be recognized by its graphical representation. The part is available with 16 terminations. The device is designed with 16 pins. Using LTC1473 as a basis, the part is constructed. In order to deliver its performance, it is powered by 20V. A maximum reflow temperature of this part is used if 260 is to be run. There is a requirement that the supply current be run for the part at 100μA in order to complete the operation.
