There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. A supply voltage of 5V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. In total, the power management has 8 pins in it. 8 pins are on the supervisor. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 4.5V for this IC power.
