It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tube package. There are 26 terminations in this voltage regulator. A SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. There is a 26-WFQFN Exposed Pad package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 138kHz~1.5MHz. Input voltage 3.9V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.8V.
