Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains 48 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. A clock generator's input is called LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. 1.296GHz is the maximal value for normal operation. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. There are 3.15V~3.45V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C. 2VPECL, LVPECL logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer.
