Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains 48 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. A clock generator's input is called LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator.
