LMK04002BISQ/NOPB Overview


This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 48 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V.
