Capsuled in the 28-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 2 numbers. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tube. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. 5.5V~28V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Workable in an dc switcher where -5°C~125°C TJ is the -5°C~125°C TJrm. Switching can be done at 200kHz~500kHz with this switching controller. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. The dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start for efficient switching control.
