This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. There are 5 terminations in this voltage regulator. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA package. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Adjustable outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 52kHz. Input voltage 3.5V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 3A Switch. Its 245 peak reflow temperature makes this regulator essentially indestructible.
