It uses the Cut Tape (CT) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. There are 5 terminations in this voltage regulator. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA package. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~125°C TJ. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 52kHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4V. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 60V.
