LM21212MH-2/NOPB Overview


As a result of the use of the Tube package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package for the purpose of space saving. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~125°C TJ temperature while operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 300kHz~1.55MHz. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.6V volts. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible. The voltage regulator 12v is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 5V for operation. DC/DC regulators such as this one belong to the LM21212 family of products. A voltage of 5.5V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. To operate the voltage regulator 12v, 20 pins are required. In order to use this voltage regulator 12v at its full potential, the output voltage should be kept at at least 600mV. For switching regulator maximum operation, dc to dc voltage regulator delivers 12A A. It provides the adjusting voltage regulator's maximal output voltage of 5.5V. External factors have no impact on DC DC switching regulator's ability to consume 1.5mA A of quiescent current.
