LF22214TMR Overview

The magnetic switch is packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) to prevent damage. For safety reasons, the magnetic switches have been packaged in TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages. As a maximum current, magnetic switches can supply 1.5μA Typ. To output current, magnetic switches should be set to 20mA.
