L6203 Description


L6203 is a full-bridge driver designed for motor control applications with built-in Multipower-BCD technology, which integrates the isolated DMOS power transistors and CMOS as well as bipolar circuits on one chip. Through the use of mixed technology, it is now capable of optimizing the logic circuitry as well as the power stage to get the highest performance.
