KMPC885VR80 Overview


Shipping overseas is convenient since the embedded microprocessor is packed in BGA. Advanced packaging method Bulk is used to provide high reliability. A MICROPROCESSOR, RISC represents the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. Overall, there are 357 terminations. Turn on the cpu microprocessor and let it run with a 1.8V voltage supply. There is a 32-Bit architecture in it. CPUs operate with a frequency of 80MHz Hz. For information about 357 pins, please refer to the datasheet. An example of a Microprocessors embedded microprocessor. Generally, data transfer takes place at a rate of 32b bandwidth.
