ISL9443IRZ Overview

Capsuled in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. 3 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tube rating. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc controls with 4.5V~28V voltage are supplied and operated. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~85°C TA rating. The switching controller can be switched at 600kHz~1.2MHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator.
