ISL68201IRZ Overview


Capsuled in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. There is a Tube solid enclosure around the pmic. PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. 4.5V~24V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~85°C TA. This switching controller can switch at 300kHz~1.5MHz. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Enable, Power Good is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. The switch converters are connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC. There are a QUAD terminal on the switching converters. A variety of terminations with 24 of dc switching. The control methods that these dc dc converter ics use include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. It is inputted with a DC switcher's voltage of 12V. It is recommended to use 4.75V as the minimum input voltage of dc dc voltage regulator. A dc to dc voltage regulator in the Rapid Robust Ripple Regulator? (R4) series, it belongs to this family.
