In order to operate, a voltage of 5V has to be applied.HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER is employed as its interface IC.Mosfet driver includes a number of useful electronic components in Mosfet drivers subcategory of MOSFET Drivers.There are 8 component pins on the board.Due to its 5V power supply, it can solve power supply problems for an array of diverse applications.During operation, the operating temperature cannot exceed 85°C.Mosfet driver ic is recommended that the operating temperature exceed the minimum value of -40°C.For its development, 8 terminals are used.
