ISL6551IR-T Overview

Capsuled in the 28-VQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. For outputs of 1, this dc motor controller is suitable. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. dc control's supply and operating voltages are 10.8V~13.2V. Workable in an dc switcher where 0°C~85°C TA is the 0°C~85°C TArm. Switching can be done at 50kHz~500kHz with this switching controller. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator.
