ISL6551ABZ Overview

The switching controller fits in the 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. Tube solid enclosure protects the pmic. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. dc control's supply and operating voltages are 10.8V~13.2V. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~105°C TA. There is a switch at 50kHz~500kHz that can be used with this controller. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Current Limit, Dead Time Control, Enable, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator. Search for "ISL6551" to find other relevant dc to dc converter ics. A supplier dc dc controller package of 28-SOIC would be used for this part.
