ISL6527IRZ Overview

Capsuled in the 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. A solid enclosure of Tube surrounds pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. Voltages 2.97V~3.63V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~85°C TA. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 600kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Phase Control is included in the dcdc regulator. The switch converters are connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC.
