ISL6527AIR-T Overview

In the 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. dc controls with 2.97V~3.63V voltage are supplied and operated. A -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher is not a problem. With this switching controller, you can switch at 600kHz. A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Surface Mount. Enable, Phase Control provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control. In addition to "ISL6527A", there are other relevant dc to dc converter ics you can find.
