ISL6520IR-T Overview

This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc control's supply and operating voltages are 4.5V~5.5V. Suitable for a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. A switching controller such as this can switch at a value of 300kHz . It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Phase Control which allows efficient switching control. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters. A switching converters's terminal (s) sits at the QUAD position. Various 16 terminations. PULSE WIDTH MODULATION is an example of one of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt.
