ISL6520CBZ-T Overview

In the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 4.5V~5.5V. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with 0°C~70°C TA. A switching controller such as this can switch at a value of 300kHz . A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Surface Mount. Phase Control is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. Thare switch converters are connected to an analog integrated circuit (IC) of type SWITCHING CONTROLLER. switching converters terminal (s) are designed to be at DUAL. A variety of dc switching's functions can be performed on 8 terminations. The control methods that these dc dc converter ics use include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. The nominal DC switcher's voltage input is 5V. ISL6520 can be used to locate other relevant dc to dc converter ics. This dc dc voltage regulator should be powered by a voltage of 4.5V.
