ISL6520AIRZ-T Overview

The switching controller fits in the 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package and is ideal for most applications. For outputs of 1, this dc motor controller is suitable. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. This dc control operates at 4.5V~5.5V and has a 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~85°C TA. There is a switch at 300kHz that can be used with this controller. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Phase Control. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING CONTROLLER output. The switching converters's terminal (s) are designed at QUAD . Different dc switching's functions can be applied to 16 terminations. It includes PULSE WIDTH MODULATION as one of the control techniques dc dc converter ic adapts. 5V nominal DC switcher's voltage input. Other relevant dc to dc converter ics will be returned if you search "ISL6520A". Input voltage of dc dc voltage regulator must be 4.5V. Considering the dc to dc regulator can only accept 5.5V input voltage, it is important to take note of this.
