ISL6439AIB Overview

Capsuled in the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tube rating. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. 2.97V~3.63V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~85°C TA is the -40°C~85°C TArm. Switching can be done at 600kHz with this switching controller. A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Surface Mount. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Phase Control. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog integrated circuit is connected to the switch converters. The switching converters's terminals (s) are designed at DUAL. 14 terminations with various dc switching's functions. These dc dc converter ics adapt several control methods, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. There is a DC switcher's nominal voltage of 3.3V. ISL6439 can be searched for other relevant dc to dc converter ics. The dc to dc regulator is limited to 3.465V input voltage.
