With a 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 5.6V~16V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~85°C TA is the -40°C~85°C TArm. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 100kHz~1.4MHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start.
