ISL6401CR-T Overview

As a result of 16-VQFN Exposed Pad compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). A 4.5V~5.5V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Suitable for work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 50kHz~500kHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Enable, Frequency Control. Other relevant dc to dc converter ics can be found by searching "ISL6401".
