ISL6307AIRZ-T Overview

With its 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 6. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). It is capable of handling PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s). dc control's supply and operating voltages are 4.75V~5.25V. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~85°C TA. With this switching controller, you can switch at 80kHz~2MHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters. Switching converters are designed with the terminal (s) at position QUAD . A variety of 48 terminations are available in dc switching.
