ISL6144IVZA Overview


The case comes with it. Tube cases are suitable for packing the part. Surface Mount is the way the part is mounted. An electric current of 9V~75V is applied to it. In order for this component to operate properly, its minimum operating temperature must not exceed -40°C~105°C. Suitable for components connected in N+1 Power Supplies, Telecom/Datacom Systems.
