IR3567AMGB03TRP Overview

It comes in the 56-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 8 numbers. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. PWM dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. DC control operates at 3.3V volts and has 3.3V supply voltage. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~85°C TA. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 200kHz~2MHz. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Enable, Power Good.
