ICL7662EPA+ Overview


Using the Tube package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 8 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Through Hole mounting hole. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to -Vin. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible. Voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 15V to meet the operation requirements. A voltage regulator 12v such as this falls under the Other Analog ICs category and belongs to this category. ICL7662 is a family of voltage regulators that belong to the DC/DC industry.
