HIP6302VCBZ-T Overview

In the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. 2 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). With PWM Signal dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. 4.75V~5.25V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Work well in dc switchers with a 0°C~70°C TA. Switching can be done at 280kHz with this switching controller. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator.
