HIP4020IB Overview


In order to package H bridge, Tube is used.A cost-saving measure is taken to include H bridge in the 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.Improved reliabilbridge drivery can be ensured based on the supply voltage of 3V~12V.H bridge circuit is mounted on Surface Mount.When -40°C~125°C TJ is operating at a certain temperature, motor driver H bridge can function normally.Among H bridge motor drivers many applications are DC Motors, Relays, Solenoids, Stepper Motors.Among full bridges specific characteristics is Status Flag.Transmission lines are terminated with H bridges whose characteristic impedance matches their characteristic impedance, known as 20 terminations.This H bridge operates with a voltage of 5V.As its analog IC type, H bridge circuit has been incorporated with STEPPER MOTOR CONTROLLER.
