The package uses a neat FBGA interface.A maximum of 1GB bytes of data can be stored.There is a voltage requirement of 1.8V for supplying it with power.There are different functions that can be applied on the 24 axis when it comes to terminating.With 2V as the maximum voltage, the memory device can be used.1.7V must be the minimum voltage supplied to the device.A CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip is shown here.In reflow soldering procedure, the temperature should be controlled to no higher than NOT SPECIFIED.FPGA has pins on the 24 axis.This memory transmit data in the SERIAL process way.Under -40°C temperatures, it is capable of operating.There should be no more than 85°C degrees of ambient temperature for it to operate.
